Each year the ADS sponsors two photo contests, the ADS Photo Contest and the People’s Choice Contest.
The ADS Photo Contest has set categories announced each year. Photos are judged by a panel.
People’s Choice has no set categories, the photographer decides what to submit. ADS members vote for the winner.
You do not need to be an ADS member to enter your photos. You can participate in one contest or both. Only member’s may vote in the People’s Choice Contest.
Timeline
- About mid-year, the instructions for both contests are announced on this website. All the rules and forms will be provided and the categories for the ADS Photo Contest will be announced at this time.
- All entries, for both contests must be in by December 15.
- Voting (by members) for the People’s choice will be held January 15 – January 31st on this website.
- Winners are announced February 14.
