Why join the ADS?
Here is the short answer.
- You will be supporting the mission and activities of the ADS including:
– dahlia classification system
– research projects
– trial gardens and seedling bench evaluation (necessary for the introduction of new dahlia varieties)
– judge accreditation program
– promoting the dahlia as a cut flower
– and more - You will be part of a community where you will learn about dahlias, meet fellow dahlia enthusiasts and have fun!
- Access to ADS publications including the Bulletin (April, August and December editions) and the Classification and Handbook of Dahlias (released mid-winter) either in print, digital or online.
- Access to exclusive members only resources including the Bulletin archive, enhanced on-line classification guide, judges training modules and more.

Support ADS Above and Beyond
The ADS encourages those who are financially able to renew at a higher membership level to help support ADS projects. Both Patron and Benefactor memberships are available. Contact the ADS membership team at membership@dahlia.org for more information.
We also welcome donations (tax deductible) for various projects approved by the ADS Board. The ADS is a 501(c)(3) tax deductible organization. Donate.
